Psychic Massage
"There's but one temple in the Universe..
.and that is the human body.
Nothing is holier than that high form.
We touch heaven, when we lay our hand upon the human body."
-Thomas Carlyle, Scottish Philosopher
This summer I was asked by a Sedona, AZ health spa for the origin of my
Psychic Massages. The spa had received several requests for a massage using
psychic energy work. They wondered what my definition of a Psychic
Massage would be and how I came about creating such a session.
In a Psychic Massage all levels of
divination should be employed to not only ease the body's aches, pains, and
tensions but the psyche's angst, revealing probable outcomes while suggesting
alternative pathways to further health and happiness.
The original concept of a Psychic
Massage was a combination of intuitive bodywork with the addition of a
mini-psychic reading. However, its origins came about the other way around.
A few years ago, I accidentally
expanded my natural empathic psychometric abilities during a typical massage
session. While doing this massage, the client requested a mini-psychic reading and
the result became the foundation for the Wyzways system of healing; that of
interactive intuitional touch. Interactive and intuitional as a dialogue is
established. The massager becomes a channel for the
energy, allowing what needs to be brought into the session to manifest.
The client responds accordingly by allowing the healing to begin.
All Wyzways massage and bodywork
sessions are intuitional. Most often, though, I sift through the information
that I empathically receive, sharing with the client only what pertains to the
current healing session. A Psychic Massage is different as it is more
interactive, for all the information is shared. Often this is when all
tensions are released and true healing can finally begin.
A Wyzways Touch Psychic Massage
combines three of my
intuitive healing sessions, which
on their own merit might take from four to six hours! Of course I also
love sharing these techniques in their own
sessions.
The Introductory session is for 60 minutes. Remember that this is a
compressed version and is more of a psychic reading than a massage.
Take the two hour version extended version for the optimal experience

Psychic: Touch Divination
Touch Divination is a form of Psychometry using empathic touch.
I begin with a reading of the client's chakras; scanning my hands lightly
over the body, stopping at each of the seven major chakras, interpreting the
empathic connection as it relates to the emotional, physical, and spiritual. I
interpret the seven major chakras differently as most, as I teach that each
chakra is connected to other chakras and its this unique interactivity that is
further explained during a session.
From this point depending on session length, the reading extends to
touching various body parts as I have learned that different body parts seems to
tell me their own specific information. For example:
The feet, tell me about a person's lifetime medical history.
The knees are about tell me information on the client's
relationship
with death and dying. Occasionally the information is also on
a
person's connection with their spirit/angelic guides.
The abdomen is about a person's trust issues regarding friendship
as well as how others regard the client on matters of relationships.
The neck deals with work demands and issues.
Touch Divination is a powerful tool
used in Wyzways Intuitive Process.
Massage: Reflexology
In a Psychic Massage, the Massage aspect will be limited only by the amount of
overall time in a session. All sessions however will include a foot massage.
I
begin by using my training with
acupressure, (Jin Shin Jyutsu), and reflexology, (Thai Massage), to
visually scan the body while touching pressure points on the soles of the
feet
I then verbally relate to the client a record of past injuries,
aches, pains, difficulties as it pertains to the session.
I am not a Medical authority and I do
not diagnose. I only offer my many years of healing and psychic experience to
demonstrate potentials for healing.
As with many of my peers, after years
of massaging others a massager may develop a fine tuning for quickly locating
topical ailments. Many of my peers have studied only the traditional Reflexology
style which regrettably believes that using pain to eliminate pain is correct,
The pressure points on the soles of the feet can be quite painful for some
clients. When I trained in the temples of Thailand, a small wooden stick was
part of the training as the stick was driven into particularly painful places to
stimulate recovery.
For myself I have studied other
traditions which allow me to administer healing without pain and in the process
I uncover more techniques to discover the origin of a client's aches. Pain is not a requirement to releasing
a client's pain and discomfort. My Reflexology massages are stimulating while
relaxing and during a Psychic Massage all the information I gather about a your
body will also be shared with you.
Energy Work: First Light
When I first began learning Reiki, I was
informed that as soon as the hands
touched a person, the energy begins to flow all by itself. As a result, all my
massage sessions have Reiki flowing in the background. I only utilize other
energy systems , (like First Light),
as time permits. In a Psychic Massage, First Light is the primary energy system.
First Light requires verbal
activation, as the energy is too dynamic to be activated by casual touch. First
Light is called an intelligent (or
Shakti) energy healing system different than Reiki as First Light is also
interactive.
A client may experience First Light as a gentle pulse of energy throughout
the physical body. Some clients experience as
electricity
tingling, goose bumps, radiant heat, chills or perhaps seeing colors appearing with
shut eyes. Another unique feature of this pulse of energy is that it can
be controlled in intensity of sensation or purpose. A unique feature of First Light is
that after a session begins, the energy sends
information back to me about the client's body ailments, aura, or soul spirit.
In turn, I verbally relay this to the client, completing the healing cycle.
In a Psychic Massage, depending on
time, other energy systems could be utilized for
a nurturing healing experience.
Psychic Divination Details
The ancient
Chaldeans interpreted birds in flight and read animal entrails. The Greeks had
their oracles. The Yoruba, their cowry shells. Every culture had their own form
of psychic with gypsy, astrologers, crystal ball gazers, tea leaf and mind
readers. However, one thing I found everyone needs is a method to stimulate the
psychic flow.
In my divination sessions, I like to utilize many methods and experiment
with new ones along the way. A typical psychic divination may employ
several of my precognizant methods, limited only by session length.
All sessions contain at least a Palm Reading, for the overall view of the
person. However this type of reading does not allow for questions as
easily as a
Wyzways Rune Reading, which is always added at the end of my Psychic Readings.
If time permits, other methods such as Tarot and Psychometry may be added.
Palm
Reading
Palm Reading also known as
Palmistry originated with the term "Chiromancy", which comes from two words: "chiro"
meaning hand, and "mancy" meaning divination. This is the origin of
relating chiromancy, (or palmistry), to "fortune-telling." Palmistry
then came to mean the practice of telling fortunes from the lines, marks,
and patterns on the palms of the hands. In my readings, palm readings tell
much more than just one's fortune, as the palms indicate the overall
incarnation destiny of a person. It's like a snapshot of one's destiny with
a bit of the past and future and more details of the present.
I interpret palms differently than when I first
began learning about them. I became interested in Palmistry
as in my early teens,
as I went to several palm readers who scared me into learning this psychic
science! One palm reader made the 'sign of the cross' when she looked at my
palm, refusing to tell me anything that she saw. Another called me a 'witch'
and threw me out of her home. Another insisted I read her palms first as she
insisted I knew more than she did. So
naturally I was curious and began learning this science to interpret my own
palms. And, yes, I now know what these readers saw. However, everyone
interprets the lines differently based on their own experiences and training. What is evil
to one, could be a sign of a healer to another.
Over the years I have found different teachers (and books) will
interpret exactly the same markings in different ways. For example, some readers
use the palms, back of the hand and how the knuckles and fingernails appear. My
original teachers used only one hand (and only the palm) for a reading.
The hand one wrote with (or primarily used) as being the only one to interpret.
I always read both palms as being
important in one's life. The left palm is what one incarnated with in this life,
the obligations of one parents, the duties and responsibilities we are given and
sometimes enforce without realizing and claim them as our own. The right palm is what we make of our lives, the choices we made without peer
or family control, our futures, destinies and fates.
I like informing a client of the nature of how I divinate with signs that
manifest when the psychic reading has begun. as well as what
types of information I might receive from my guides. As I begin, I
drift into a light
trance as my eyes may glaze over and wander about the room.
These are just ways that let me know that my guides are coming through for the
working with my clients.
As I do my psychic readings, I see
images or pictures in my mind. As I look at these images, sometimes a story will
evolve or a voice inside will tell me what I should say. As to how much
information may be gleamed from a palm, I use the image of hovering as if in a
helicopter, above the person. If the client was driving down a road, how much
detail would be seen from a helicopter? Perhaps where the car came from
and which exit it was heading (on the road of life). As I have found that
if I read only the lines, I am about 50% correct. If I touch the palms and/or some
metal object belonging to the client, which then uses my empathic
skills, I am generally 90-95% correct.
I do not remember the reading shortly after its finish. This is
a protection for both myself (as I have read thousands of palms in my life),
and for the client, as I do not 'carry' what I have learned about them to other
readings. I hold ALL my readings in strict confidence. For this reason, I
always recommend a client brings a recording device or a blank audio tape for a
copy of the sessions.
You do not
need to be in San Francisco to receive a Palm Reading. By scanning your
palms, you can send the picture to me and I will provide a personalized reading.

Wyzways Rune Reading
A few years ago while experimenting with different ways to do psychic readings,
one of my friends suggested that I try runes.
Runes are generally small stones inscribed on one side with symbols, commonly
from the Norse ancient language. Occasionally one might use symbols from the
Yoruba religion or from other historical time periods, which are meaningful to
the reader. The stones are usually
held in one's hands and then thrown down to a cloth. In some traditions,
symbols are sewn into the cloth. The stones then work with the symbols
like a map
further detailing the reading. The Rune reader, will then offer a reading based
on where the Runes are placed next to each other, which ones lay face up, which
ones lay face down, or by some other system.
Some psychic techniques come very easily to me so when I first attempted to use
the traditional runes, and they did not 'call' to me, I felt I may not have a
knack with them. I have learned that some psychic techniques are just natural
for some people while other techniques are not.
Originally I had thought that perhaps this was the case with runes and me.
As I meditated on this matter, Before me appeared a "map". It contained several line drawings
showing me a spinning
wheel, an Ankh, and several hieroglyph letterings. The map unfolded
showing me divination
using runes. However, the runes were made of gemstones. I immediately remembered
where I had seen the gems. They were from that last Yule's psychic party.
I always like to do something a bit extra for gatherings and that year I
hand-sewn a small bag. choosing to fill it with various items such as
crystals, gemstones and other small objects. As a gift, I asked people to take a
stone from the bag. I gave them a quick one-line next year forecast.
Later I sewed together the 'map' with the arcane
symbols I was shown in the meditation and began creating the Wyzways Rune readings.
I
can interpret the past, present and future destiny of my client, their loves,
their job, health and home life, as well as giving them a time-line on when
events will happen and answers questions they might have.
I particularly enjoy doing this type of divination, as I get
to give everyone a gift of the item they chose to take home with them.
Psychometry
Psychometry is the ability to read the history of certain objects by holding the
object in your hand or placing it to your forehead. Usually small personal
objects such as a watch, ring, key or other personal objects are the best.
The term Psychometry was invented in 1842 by J R Buchanan. Buchanan experimented
with some students from Cincinnati medical school and found that when certain
students where given an unmarked bottle of medicine they had the same reaction
as if they had taken the medicine. Buchanan developed the theory that all things
give off 'emanations'.
These emanations were believed to contain a sort of record or history of the
object. Buchanan believed that objects recorded senses and emotions and these
could be played back in the mind of the psychometrist.
For those with a natural talent for psychometry, the gift usually starts at an early age.
For many others
psychometry is something that is easily learned. However, I have discovered
techniques
to develop this talent.
Some psychics are quite expert with time-line sensing of objects, others get
impressions about its current owner only. I found that I work best when I am
sensing information about the current owner rather than to its past. I can also
sense information from photographs and can feel/see information about former
inhabitants of houses, buildings and such.
I rarely Psychometry on its own as the excessive energy needed
to see time-lines can be draining. Linking Psychometry with other
divination methods like Palmistry can help ground out the excess and balance the
reading.
Tarot
No one specifically knows when or where the Tarot began. There are many theories
linking the Tarot to ancient Egypt, to medieval Europe or to even the Far East.
There is a thought that the current playing card deck originated from the Tarot,
with its similarities to trumps and court cards like the jack, king, queen.
The current belief is that the "Waite" deck created by Arthur Edward Waite in
the 1900's popularized the resurgence of the modern Tarot deck, which by some is
considered to be the standard by which all other Tarot decks are compared.
When I began Tarot I used the Waite deck. But then discovered
my passion for the Thoth deck. The images were more revealing for me and allowed my natural
psychic ability to excel. The deck was created by Aleister Crowley, who in the
1940's crafted a version of the Tarot based on the belief that the Tarot card's origins were
indeed Egyptian. He called his deck after the Egyptian God of Divination, Thoth. Over the years I have found that
only a select number of people are able to work with Crowley's Thoth deck,
perhaps due to the sensationalism of Crowley's life, (many books have been
written about his scandalous life in the early 1900's that even today might
seem a bit too much).
I personally prefer the Thoth deck, as it reflects a modern sensibility with its
view of sexuality, religion, culture, and philosophy.
The Tarot is on many levels, a mirror of those who work with it, and allows them
to make each reading a truly personal experience. My Tarot readings use several
different 'spreads' or card layouts to give the client the best in a
personalized experience.
If you do not live in San Francisco, remember that the
Long Distance Palm reading contains a
mini-tarot spread. However arrangements can be made to extend the reading
